Getting to the point: a survey of paintings

11 October - 9 November 2008

About the exhibition

Popular Marlborough painter, Clarry Neame, describes himself as an impressionist painter of light. The Marlborough environment provides Clarry with inspiration for his work.

Clarry has been the Hunter’s Wines Artist in Residence for more than a decade, and Getting to the Point is a collection of current and past works that were mostly completed in his studio at Hunter’s.

Clarry was born and raised in Marlborough and has a long personal history with the area.

As well and viewing his work in this special survey exhibition, Clarry can be visited at his working studio gallery at Hunter's Wines, Rapaura Road, Blenheim.
