Euan Macleod – Painter / 6 August – 18 September 2016

Euan Macleod, a truly trans-Tasman artist, is himself the figure in many of his paintings in this major survey exhibition.  The first survey of his work to tour in New Zealand, its works span the period, 1984 to 2012. Macleod was born in Christchurch and trained at the Canterbury School of Art.  Based in Sydney, MacLeod constantly returns to New Zealand to make art.  Winner of numerous awards, Macleod is represented in major public collections in Australia and New Zealand.  Exhibition curated by Gregory O’Brien.
